All your medical records are stored locally on your device. We use Apple\'s SwiftData framework to ensure your data never leaves your phone without your explicit consent. Optional iCloud sync is available for backup across your devices.
No. Before any document is sent for AI analysis, we automatically remove all personally identifiable information (PII) including names, phone numbers, ID numbers, and addresses. Only the medical content is processed.
MediFolio requires iOS 18.0 or later. It works on iPhone and syncs health data from Apple Watch if available.
Credits are used for AI features like document recognition (1 credit) and report generation (3 credits). New users receive 26 free credits. PRO subscribers get 30 credits monthly, which reset at the start of each month (unused credits expire and do not accumulate). Additional credits can be purchased in-app and never expire.
Yes! You can export your medical records as a comprehensive PDF report, including AI-generated summaries, trend charts, and abnormal lab values.
Set up your medications with dosage and schedule. You\'ll receive notifications at the specified times. If you don\'t mark a dose as taken, a follow-up reminder will be sent.
