MediFolio is a personal medical record management app providing the following services:
You must be at least 18 years old or use this App with guardian consent. If you create a health profile for a minor, you must be their parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you enter. This App is not responsible for any issues caused by data entry errors.

You are responsible for protecting the security of your device and data. We recommend enabling device passcode and Face ID/Touch ID protection.
This App uses a credit system for certain AI features:
You can purchase more credits through Apple In-App Purchase. All purchases are processed through Apple\'s payment system and subject to Apple\'s terms.
PRO subscribers receive 30 gifted credits monthly. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
All refund requests for purchases must be processed through Apple. Please contact Apple Support to request a refund.
This App and all its content (including but not limited to design, code, icons, text) are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time without prior notice. We are not responsible for any loss caused by service changes.
This App is provided on an "AS IS" basis, without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
AI document recognition may contain errors. Please verify before using recognition results. We are not responsible for any issues caused by AI recognition errors.
Although we try our best to ensure data security, we are not responsible for data loss caused by device failure, system error, or other reasons. We strongly recommend that you back up your data regularly.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this App.
We may modify these terms from time to time. Modified terms will be posted in the App and on this website. Continued use of this App implies your acceptance of the modified terms.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the People\'s Republic of China. Any disputes shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction.
